• Pine Ridge is located in Plymouth, Vermont, along the scenic Route 100 foliage corridor

• Positioned between two major ski destinations, it is just 11 minutes from Okemo Mountain Resort and 12 minutes from Killington's Skyeship Gondola lot

• Pine Ridge sits across the street from nearby Echo Lake, Amherst Lake, and Plymouth State Park

What are the check-in and check-out times?

• Check-in: 4 PM

• Check-out: 11 AM

• Check-in Process: Pine Ridge offers keyless self-check-in. You can arrive anytime after your check-in date without needing to coordinate key pick-up

• 🍳 Kitchen & Dining Setup: Open, fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, dual Keurig/drip coffee maker, crockpot, toaster, wine glasses & the essentials for cooking

• 👶 Family-Friendly: 2 separate living areas to spread out

• 🎱 Games / Entertainment: Board games, puzzles, and cards for rainy days or nights around the fire

• Parking: Plenty of space for 2–3 vehicles in front of the house, plus additional parking in the back with ample space for an ATV or snowmobile trailer

• Gear Storage: An outdoor shed is available if you want to store mountain bikes, skis, snowboards, kayaks, fishing gear, or motorcycles away from the elements 

When is the best time to visit?
Pine Ridge is a year-round outdoor playground:

• Winter: Fast access to Killington (12 mins) and Okemo (11 mins), plus nearby Pico (23 mins), Magic, Bromley, and Stratton for multi-resort ski trips.

• Spring & Summer: Swimming, kayaking, and fishing at Echo and Amherst Lakes, along with local hiking trails and state park access

• Fall: Prime positioning on Route 100 for world-class leaf-peeping, local farm visits, and exploring nearby historic Woodstock

Do you have air conditioning?

• Yes, portable air conditioner units are available during the warmer months, ensuring comfortable indoor climate control year-round 

Do you have a fireplace?

• Pine Ridge has an indoor electric fireplace

• In the backyard, you'll find an outdoor fire pit for making s'mores and stargazing at night

Adventure is great and all, but I'm getting away to relax. Can I watch my shows?

• Yes, we have two ROKU TVs, and you can log into your preferred streaming service

Do you allow pets?

• Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets at this time. Contact Lauren or Mike if you have any specific questions. 

Other amenities:

• Pine Ridge has an outdoor grill on the deck

• Every bedroom has extra blankets, located within the bedroom closets

• Each bedroom has a sound machine

• Each bedroom has a ceiling fan to assist with climate control year-round
